Panoramic Terrace of Punta Rocca

Punta Rocca is the last station of the cable car (3265 m) right in front of Punta Penìa, the highest peak of the Dolomites (3342 m).

Here is the rooftop terrace, an absolutely privileged point where you can enjoy a 360 ° panorama of all the most beautiful and famous peaks of the Dolomites. Thanks to the cable car and lifts, the terrace is accessible to everyone, including people with special needs.

In Punta Rocca station there is also the Grotto of the Madonna, a chapel symbol of peace that hosts the statue of the Madonna consecrated by John Paul II, during his visit to the Marmolada on August 26th, 1979.

From Punta Rocca, taking one of the two lifts, once the doors are opened, the show of the Bellunese slope begins.
