Digonera

Digonera is the northernmost inhabited village of ​​the of Rocca Pietore’s area, right in front of Salesei di Livinallongo del Col di Lana at 1.157 mt above the sea level.
On May 1st Digonera celebrates the patron Saint S. Giuseppe Lavoratore. It is a heartfelt celebration, especially since 2006 when the new bell tower was inaugurated and the church bells were blessed.
The location of this borgo is very strategic because it is the starting point of bike tours and of unforgettable trekking among the most beautiful Dolomite peaks.
In winter Digonera is a crossroads to reach some of the most adrenaline-pumping ski areas of the Dolomites, as the Ski Area 06 Arabba-Marmolada.
